A relaxed 1-2.5 hour studio session including:

Once your session has taken place we will arrange a viewing appointment for around one week later. At this appointment you will be able to select your favourite images and products for purchase.
A deposit of £100 secures your appointment. This will be deducted from your chosen collection.

When is the best time to book a maternity photography session?
The best time for maternity photography is between 28–36 weeks, when your bump is beautifully defined but you’re still feeling comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.
We recommend booking during your second trimester to guarantee availability at our Pontypridd studio, especially if you’re planning your session around a specific week.
What should I wear for my maternity photoshoot?
We provide a curated selection of maternity gowns and fabrics designed to flatter and photograph beautifully.
You’re also welcome to bring your own outfits if you prefer something personal. Soft, neutral tones work wonderfully for timeless images.
Before your session, we’ll guide you through styling so you feel confident and relaxed. Our aim is for you to feel beautiful - never uncomfortable or overstyled.
I don’t feel confident about my body - will you help me pose?
Absolutely.
Pregnancy can be an emotional time, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure in front of the camera. We gently guide you into natural, flattering poses that highlight your bump while keeping everything elegant and timeless.
You don’t need to know how to pose - that’s our job. Most mums leave their session saying they felt far more confident than they expected.
Can my partner or children be included?
Yes - and we love it when they are.
Maternity photography isn’t just about your bump, it’s about this new chapter for your whole family. Partners and siblings are always welcome to be part of your session.
We’ll guide you all so the images feel relaxed, connected and natural. Simple, coordinated clothing works beautifully for family portraits.

Our maternity photography sessions take place at our warm and welcoming studio in Pontypridd, South Wales, easily accessible from Cardiff, Caerphilly and surrounding areas.

Maternity sessions typically last around 1.5–2.5 hours.
This gives us time for outfit changes and a relaxed, unhurried experience. We never rush you - we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the process.
How much does maternity photography cost in South Wales?
Our maternity photography collections start from £399.
This includes your studio session, use of our maternity wardrobe, professional editing, and a private viewing appointment where you can select your favourite images.
Most families invest between £399 and £1,200, depending on the collection and artwork they choose.
There’s no need to commit to a package before seeing your images, and we offer flexible payment options to make the experience stress-free.
Do you offer maternity and newborn packages?
Yes - many of our families choose to document their journey into parenthood by booking both maternity and newborn photography sessions.
Booking both ensures a consistent, timeless style across your portraits and guarantees priority booking for your newborn session.
